- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently rescued a puppy from the Howard County Animal Rescue, and they took my adopted girl to this hospital so she could be spayed. When I picked her up, I was surprised and extremely impressed how friendly and caring the staff is. I fell so much in love with them, that I decided to keep them as my puppy's official veterinarians.
